We got cheese enchiladas, asada burrito, vegetarian taco and guacamole delivered. Everything was great! Their red salsa is delicious, too. This will be a new go to.
Located in The Portage Park neighborhood of Chicago is a Mexican eatery named Pueblo Nuevo. This restaurant has some delicious tacos. Also, the service was great as they're very friendly. I give this restaurant 5 stars.
WONDERFUL FOOD Just phenomenal. My daughter has been eating here for years and it's the only place in the neighborhood she will eat Mexican food that actually taste like real Mexican food.
So yummy and the service was very hospitable. We had a couple vegetarians in our group and they were very accommodating

Owner is welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Pozole was rich and nourishing. Fish tacos were served quickly and tasted like they were from freshly grilled fish chopped up. Smoky salsa was served with the tortilla chips. Yummy horchata. Restaurant seemed to have a steady flow of appreciative, friendly locals. Low-key and familial vibe. Spanish and English spoken by the owner.
Amazing food. 2nd time here. Came back for the lengua tacos. Now I have to come back again the the pozole on cold days. This is coming from someone that lives in Pilsen

I decided to finally return back, I truly regret not returning sooner. Lulu was great. She has the most amazing personality, and truly makes you feel at home. I ordered their Carne Asada burrito. The carne Asada was delicious. It was very tender and seasoned perfectly. I also substituted their lettuce and tomatoes for rice. The tacos were also very good. Lulu also recommended to try their Pambazos, and invited us back to try them out. Will definitely accept that invite!
